August 2026 : NS Arcus Group has recently appointed Mr. Sanjay Gupta as its Vice President - Quality Management. Bringing over 26 years of high-level expertise in quality control and concrete technology, Gupta will spearhead the company’s quality assurance architecture and operational excellence initiatives.

Gupta’s induction comes at a strategic juncture as NS Arcus rapidly expands its footprint across national infrastructure projects. In his new role, he is tasked with raising production benchmarks, introducing advanced value-added concrete (VAC) formulations, and embedding stringent quality protocols across the group’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

Gupta’s career spans more than 26 years of technical mastery in civil engineering and ready-mix concrete operations. His professional journey is anchored by an impactful 18-year tenure at UltraTech Cement, where he served as Regional Technical Manager and Cluster In-Charge for Quality Control and Value-Added Concrete (VAC) within the RMC Division.
