October 2026 : Danfoss Power Solutions has recently appointed Anup Deshmukh as Managing Director of its India operations. Operating out of Pune, Deshmukh steps into this newly created leadership position reporting directly to Henrik V. Jørgensen, President of the Controls division. He takes charge of driving localized market expansion, strengthening strategic client partnerships, and leading talent development initiatives across the country. Additionally, Deshmukh will helm the Danfoss Power Solutions India Leadership Team and represent the division on the Danfoss India country governance board.

Deshmukh brings nearly 28 years of cross-functional expertise across sales, business development, manufacturing operations, and executive leadership. He transitions from Parker Hannifin (including Parker LORD), where he spent over 18 years in senior leadership roles across India, China, Thailand, and Southeast Asia - most recently serving as Country Sales Director in India. His extensive career also includes positions at GE Water & Process Technologies, Thermax Ltd, and Chembond Ashland Water Technologies Limited.

Academically, Deshmukh holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Shivaji University, complemented by management credentials including diplomas in marketing and business management from NMIMS and ICFAI, respectively.
