January 2026 : PI Industries Ltd. has recently announced the appointment of Kamali Rajesh as its Global Chief People Officer. Joining the organization at a pivotal moment in its growth journey, Rajesh will be based out of Dubai and oversee the company’s global human resources strategy.\

With a career spanning over 25 years, Rajesh is a seasoned HR veteran known for driving large-scale transformations across diverse geographies, including Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa. At PI Industries, her primary focus will be on strengthening leadership capability, unlocking internal talent, and fostering a high-performance culture equipped for the company’s next phase of expansion.

Kamali’s extensive career began at Vibormech Engineering and PepsiCo, followed by an 11-year tenure at Ford Motor Company leading HR across Asia Pacific and Africa. Most recently, she spent over eight years at Syngenta, serving as Global Head of People and Organisation Development. She holds an MA in HRM from DG Vaishnav and advanced certifications from MIT Sloan and the Beck Institute.
