July 2025 : Shell Lubricants has successfully completed the acquisition of a 100 percent equity interest in Raj Petro Specialities Pvt. Ltd. from the Brenntag Group. This strategic acquisition is set to significantly support Shell Lubricants’ efforts to grow its portfolio and expand its customer base in India, a key growth market for the company.

The transaction is designed to strengthen Shell Lubricants’ presence by enhancing its supply capabilities for customers across the power transmission, personal care, and pharmaceutical sectors. Furthermore, the integration is expected to help realize new synergies and achieve greater economies of scale across the entire lubricants value chain.
