November 2025 : Zetwerk, the global manufacturing platform, has recently announced a significant addition to its leadership, appointing Jai Shankar Krishnan as an Independent Director to its board. Krishnan brings over 30 years of extensive experience across critical sectors including industrial manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, life sciences, and diagnostics, marking a major strategic move for the rapidly scaling company.
Krishnan is notably recognized for his extensive tenure at Danaher Corporation, where his leadership spanned over 18 years. Amrit Acharya, Co-founder & CEO, Zetwerk, expressed his enthusiasm for the appointment, stating: “We’re thrilled to welcome Jai Shankar to Zetwerk’s board. Krishnan’s professional journey includes a significant 18-year, 6-month period at Danaher Corporation, where he held titles such as President - High Growth Markets and Managing Director - India & Chairman Danaher India Board. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Novartis India, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, and spent 11 years with Unilever in India. His educational qualifications include an MBA from the Birla Institute of Technology, and he is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
His induction is effective immediately, and he will play a pivotal role in advising Zetwerk as it evolves from a strong foundation into a sophisticated, platform-led industrial powerhouse. Zetwerk looks forward to scaling new heights with Krishnan’s guidance.
